A bit about me

First, thanks for checking out my site. That’s pretty awesome!

I wish I had some enchanting story to share with you about how I found my love of photography, but I don’t. I’m not sure I even remember the first time I held a camera. I was maybe five or six years old. If someone around me had a camera, I had to get my hands on it. Maybe it came from my grandmother. She always had her polaroid with her. It’s one of the things I remember most about her. She wasn’t trying to catch the big moments, but just the everyday. That turned out to be more important than she could have imagined, as her memory began to fade in her later years.

We tend to remember the grand events of weddings, birthdays, etc., but those few moments in life aren’t what make us. It’s the everyday. The running late because we overslept. The mundane trips to the grocery store and the same dinner that we’ve eaten a hundred times. That horrible outfit mom made you wear in the third grade, and all of the little seconds in between. So much of it we tend to forget. There are so many amazing photographers out there who capture all of the huge moments in your life. I want to capture the rest, like my gramma did.

Well, maybe I do have a little story.

I would love the chance to help you tell the little everyday stories that make up your life.

Hey, there
